Our standard delivery time is:

• 3 – 7 business days across the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Order Processing

• Orders placed will be processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.
• Saturday and Sunday are observed as holidays, and no shipments will be processed on these days.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
