Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, follow the return process for the original item, and once it's accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed for eligible verified problematic orders after evaluating the return request.

• If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us via email.
